A deeply personal beginning
Experiences involving the founder’s family demonstrated how disconnected records and follow-up place unnecessary pressure on patients and caregivers.
AdaptIT began with a belief shaped by family experience: people should not have to become the coordinators of their own fragmented care. We build technology that helps health information, services and teams work together.
AdaptIT began with a family experience of care coordination and the realization that people close to a patient often become the link between disconnected processes. The company’s work is rooted in the belief that healthcare should feel more coordinated before families are forced to coordinate it themselves.
Today, that motivation informs a broader platform connecting patient experiences, clinical workflows, organizational operations and government oversight.
Our story remains focused on building technology that serves human relationships and the institutions responsible for care.
Explore About AdaptITAdaptIT was founded in response to the disconnect families can experience across healthcare records, communication and follow-up. That personal starting point led to a broader mission: building infrastructure that helps patients, clinicians, institutions and public health systems work as one connected care environment.

AdaptIT began with a belief shaped by family experience: people should not have to become the coordinators of their own fragmented care. We build technology that helps health information, services and teams work together. AdaptIT was founded around a simple observation: families and care teams too often become the connection between services that should already communicate. The company has built a digital-health platform intended to make that coordination part of the technology foundation.
